- 2packages active dry yeast

- 1tablespoongranulated sugar
- 2tablespoons oil
- 61/2 to 7 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1egg, beaten
- 1tablespoonmilk

2 1/2 cups warm water (105 to 115 degrees F) 2 packages active dry yeast 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 2 tablespoons oil 6

Sprinkle in yeast

stir until dissolved

Add salt, sugar, oil and 3 cups flour

beat until smooth

Add enough additional flour to make a stiff dough
