- 4ouncecream cheese
- 3ounceshredded cheddar cheese
- 3to 4 ounces shredded cooked chicken
- 4ouncedry bread crumbs
- 4ouncechopped scallions
- 1tablespoonminced fresh cilantro
- 8ouncediced green chiles

Slit peppers lengthwise and remove seeds
