- 41/2 teaspoons black peppercorns
- 4teaspooncumin seed
- 4teaspoongranulated garlic

- 1tablespoongranulated onion
- 11/2 teaspoons paprika

Bake chile powder on small baking pan until beginning to darken, 5 to 7 minutes
