- 2cuppeeled, cored, and chopped apples
- 3/4cupgranulated sugar
- 3/4cupfirmly packed light brown sugar
- 1teaspooncinnamon (or to taste)
- 1/4teaspoonnutmeg (optional)
- 1/2cupwater

Cook on high until sweet potatoes are fully cooked

Mash or beat with an electric mixer until well blended
