- 11/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 11/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1teaspooncinnamon

Cook on HIGH until pears are very tender

Mash or beat with an electric mixer until the consistency of apple sauce

If the mixture is not thick enough, simply cook it a little longer to thicken

Makes about 1 1/2 pints.
