- 1/4cupwater
- 1/4cupfrozen orange juice concentrate

Beat eggs in a separate bowl until thick and ivory color

Add water, juice, and evaporated milk

Blend well, add orange rind and margarine

Add flour mixture to egg mixture and stir only until well blended

Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan

Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
