   1 (18 ounce) jar peanut butter, creamy or chunky (I sometimes use chunky for the extra crunch) 2 cups Rice Krispies 1 1/2 cups confectioners

   Set aside

   In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, Rice Krispies and confectioners' sugar, mixing until all ingredients are incorporated and forms a d

   Pinch off 1-inch pieces and roll into a ball (I have a digital scale and weigh out pieces of dough for uniform balls)

   With a toothpick or fork, dip the balls into chocolate until totally coated (I sometimes roll them in finely chopped peanuts if I am using c

   Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment or wax paper
