- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 1cupcoarsely chopped pecans
- 1/2cuporange juice
- 1/2cupwater
- 1tablespoonorange zest
- 1cupgranulated sugar

add pecans tossing to coat

Combine remaining ingredients and mix

Add to dry ingredients and blend just until dry ingredients are moistened

Pour into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan which has been sprayed with vegetable spray

Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until bread tests done
