- 4(15 ounce) cans whole beets
- 1or 2 (6 ounce) jars gold's white horseradish (hot)

I use the bottled stuff for ease but use the fresh stuff for a real kick! 4 (15 ounce) cans whole beets 1 or 2 (6 ounce) jars Gold's White H

Add 1 jar Gold's White Horseradish

Add salt, pepper, vinegar and sugar

Mix and taste

If you like it hot add more horseradish.less hot, add less
