Diana, I made these Sunday evening

To be perfectly honest, hamburgers are nothing new to me

I've had more than my fair share of burgers in the past and I make a pretty good one myself

But, let me tell you, these were GREAT, definitely some of the best I have ever had--what a wonderful idea! My kids and myself were in heave

We had them for both dinner and lunch the next day

We can't find chopped coriander here, so I used 2 teaspoons of the powdered type

I also added about 1/4 teaspoon Chinese red pepper sauce
