- 4teaspoons finely chopped purple onion
- 4tablespoons lemon juice
- 3tablespoons worcestershire sauce

- 1/2teaspoongarlic powder

4 envelopes unflavored gelatine 1 (46 ounce) can V-8® juice 4 teaspoons finely chopped purple onion 4 tablespoons lemon juice 3 tablespoons

Add remaining V-8, onion, lemon juice and seasonings

Pour into a large ring mold, individual molds or loaf pan and refrigerate until set
