- 5egg yolks
- 1tablespoonred wine vinegar
- 3/4quart salad oil
- 1lemon squeeze for juice
- 1tablespoonboiling water
- 1/4cuppoppy seeds
- 1/2cupdijon mustard

SLOWLY add the 3/4-quart salad oil and 1 tablespoon boiling water while constantly whipping the mixture
