- 4to 6 ripe bananas, mashed

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and sugar

Set aside

Combine bananas, eggs, butter, milk, 2 cups of the pecans and the butterscotch morsels

Combine with dry ingredients

Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans

Sprinkle the tops of loaves with the remaining 2/3 cup pecans
