- 6to 7 tablespoons cold water

2 cups all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup shortening 1/3 cup butter 6 to 7 tablespoons cold

Using a pastry

blender, cut in shortening and 1/3 cup butter until pieces are pea-size

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water over the mixture
