- 3medium sweet potatoes
- 1/4cup(1/2 stick) butter

Boil and mash sweet potatoes

Melt butter

Mix together the sweet potatoes, butter, eggs, milk, both sugars, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla extract and syrup
