Ingredients
- 1/4cupdried cranberries
- 1/4cupdried blueberries
- 1/4cupdried cherries (any kind)
- 6large apples (prefer roma/gala mixed ),
- 3/4cupgranulated sugar
- 1teaspoonapple pie spice
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1/3cuphalf-and-half (or light cream)

Not soggy or mushy but piled high! Our favorite! 1/4 cup dried cranberries 1/4 cup dried blueberries 1/4 cup dried cherries (any kind) 6 lar

Roll out and place in a 9-inch pie pan and line the edge with double thick foil

Bake in a 450 degree F oven for 8 minutes

Remove foil and bake an additional 5 to 6 minutes until golden
