Ingredients
- 1/3cupgranulated sugar
- 1/3cupbutter
- 2teaspoonsalt
- 1teaspoonmaple flavoring
- 2/3cupscalded milk
- 1/4cupbrown sugar
- 1teaspooncinnamon
- 1cupnuts

Combine in large mixing bowl the first 5 ingredients in order: sugar, butter, salt, maple flavoring and scalded milk

Cool to lukewarm

Stir in the unbeaten eggs and softened yeast

Add the flour gradually to form stiff dough

Knead on floured surface until smooth

Place in greased bowl and cover and let set till doubled in size.about 1 1/2 hours

Combine the last five ingredients in a separate bowl: sugar, brown sugar, maple flavoring, cinnamon and nuts.to make a sugar mixture
