luscious lime pie

Directions

   Luscious Lime Pie 2 1/2 cups Quaker 100% Natural Cereal 2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1 envelope unflavored

   Melt together marshmallows and butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat

   Pour over cereal

   With greased hands, press mixture evenly onto bottom and sides of a greased 9-inch pie plate

   For filling, soften gelatine in cold water, stir over low heat until dissolved

   Combine dissolved gelatine, condensed milk, lime juice and food colorings

   Chill until mixture is slightly thickened

   Fold whipped cream into gelatine mixture
