Grease 9 muffin pans or line with paper or foil muffin cups and coat with vegetable spray

In a mixing bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar and flour

In a separate bowl, beat eggs until foamy

stir in butter

Pour egg-butter mixture over dry mixture and stir until just moistened

Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter
