Ingredients
- 3to 6 cloves garlic, peel and minced
- 1onion, chopped
- 2tablespoonlight olive oil
- 4small cans tomato paste (6 ounce)
- 2small cans tomato sauce (8 ounce)
- 1to 1 1/2 teaspoons regular or garlic salt
- 1/2to 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2to 4 tablespoons dry white wine or vermouth
