- 1tablespoonbutter
- 11/2 pounds ground beef
- 2(8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 8ouncecream cheese
- 1/4cupsour cream
- 1/2poundcottage cheese
- 1/3cupscallions

Sauté beef in butter until brown

Add tomato sauce salt and pepper, remove from heat

Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, scallions, and green pepper in a food processor

In a 2 quart casserole spread one half the spaghetti and cover with the cheese mixture

Add remainder of spaghetti and pour melted butter over spaghetti

Spread tomato-meat sauce over top

Remove from refrigerator 20 minutes before baking
