- 1tablespoonolive oil
- 1/2poundboneless, skinless chicken breasts,
- 3/4cupsun dried tomatoes in oil, drained and
- 1cupheavy cream
- 1/2cupchicken broth

Stir in broccoli during last 2 minutes of cooking

Sauté onion in olive oil until softened

Add chicken and sauté

Stir in sun dried tomatoes, cream, broth, vinegar, salt and pepper

Simmer about 4 minutes

Drain pasta and broccoli, toss with chicken mixture and parmesan cheese.
