- 11/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1cupflour
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 4eggs, beaten
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract

In a saucepan over low heat, combine margarine and chocolate or in a double boiler

Melt stirring frequently so the chocolate does not burn or stick

In a bowl combine sugar, flour and salt

Stir in chocolate mixture

Beat eggs then add them to the batter with the vanilla extract

Stir until eggs are well blended (do not beat the mixture)

Line muffin tins with paper liners
