- 3/4cupketchup
- 1/4cupplus 1 tablespoon mild-flavored (light) molasses
- 1/4cupbourbon
- 2tablespoondijon mustard
- 1large clove garlic, minced
- 6pork loin chops, each about 1-inch thick
- 1/4cupolive oil
- 1poundsweet onions, such as vidalia, diced
