1 pound ground beef 1 cup bread crumbs Salt and pepper 1 onion, cut small 1 egg 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Mix all together place in pa

Cook sauce for 15 minutes till thick (thicken with cornstarch)

Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes, then pour sauce over top of meat loaf and bake for 1 hour
