Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

3 eggs, lightly beaten 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon thyme 1/8 teaspo

Add remaining ingredients except bacon and Chili Barbecue Sauce

Mix lightly but well

Pack into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and unmold onto a baking pan with sides
