Ingredients
- 11/4 cups corn flake crumbs
- 1/4cupall-purpose flour
- 11/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4teaspoonpaprika
- 1/4teaspoonblack pepper
- 1cupcold reduced fat buttermilk
- 6chicken breasts, on the bone, skin

Combine the dry ingredients in a shallow pan

Remove any extra fat from the breasts and pat them dry with a paper towel

Soak the chicken in the buttermilk for 15-20 minutes then coat with the crumb mixture

Spray the crust with nonstick spray (or oil mister) and roast in a preheated 475 degrees F oven for 40 minutes until the internal temperatur

Turn the oven to warm and hold until serving
