- 1tablespoonhoney
- 2tablespoonsoy sauce
- 2teaspoondark sesame oil (optional)
- 1teaspoonhot pepper flakes
- 1/2teaspoonblack pepper
- 1/2teaspoonsalt

1 (1 to 1 1/2 pound) flank steak* 3 tablespoons sesame seeds 1 tablespoon honey 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil (optiona

Slice flank steak across the grain as thinly as possible

Place the strips in a bowl with sesame seeds, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil if using, hot pepper flakes, black pepper and salt
