Put the onion in the crockpot

Mix together the beef, eggs, salt and pepper

Form into small balls

Brown meatballs in same fry pan

Sprinkle on the tarragon and marjoram

Mix together tomato paste, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar in the frypan
