- 2cupcold water

- 1(#2) can crushed pineapple

Add remaining ingredients and mix well

Pour into a 13 x 9-inch glass dish

Cover with 1 bag miniature marshmallows

2 tablespoons flour 1 egg 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 cup pineapple juice Cook until thick

Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons butter

Let cool, then fold in 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
