Ingredients

- 1small box strawberry (or other flavor)
- 2cupboiling water, divided
- 2small boxes instant vanilla pudding (or other flavor)
- 1/2cupchopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Gelatin-Custard Layered Salad NOTE: Other flavors of gelatin or pudding may be substituted

1 small box lemon (or other flavor) 1 small box strawberry (or other flavor) 2 cups boiling water, divided 2 small boxes instant vanilla pud

Let cool slightly and pour into mold or 2-quart baking dish and chill until set

Meanwhile, make pudding as per instructions on box

Let cool while first layer of gelatin sets, then pour half of pudding over set gelatin

Chill until set

Dissolve contents of second package of gelatin into remaining 1 cup boiling water, stirring well
