Stir in ice cubes

Continue stirring for 3-5 minutes and then remove any leftover ice cubes

Pour into a clear pie plate

Chill until set

Just before serving, decorate with Cool Whip (as snow) around 2/3 of the edge

Stick in a few spearmint trees

Decorate with gummy bears skating, and a wafer roll cookie as a log.
