- 3/4cupapple juice
- 1/3cupcrumbled roquefort cheese
- 1tablespoonshortening
- 11/3 cups whole wheat flour
- 2/3cupbread flour
- 2teaspoonbrown sugar
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1teaspoonactive dry yeast

You can use your favorite bleu cheese in place of the Roquefort if desired
