- 3cupmild chili sauce, homemade or commercial
- 11/2 cups cider vinegar
- 3/4cupworcestershire sauce
- 1cupliquid hickory smoke (available in supermarkets)
- 6tablespoonmolasses
- 3teaspoontabasco sauce, or to taste
- 11/2 cups brown sugar

Stir from time to time to prevent scorching
