Ingredients
- 1/2cuplemon juice
- 1/2cupbrown sugar
- 1tablespoonfresh pressed garlic
- 1/4cupjack daniel's (or other full-flavor, woody bourbon)
- 2(3 pound) chickens, quartered
- 1/2cuporange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1teaspoongrated lime rind
- 1/4cuplime juice

You can also apply the Disco Duck dance as well.) Marinade 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon fresh pressed garlic 1/4 cup
