- 11/2 pounds ground beef
- 1yellow onion, chopped and divided
- 1bunch green onions, diced and divided
- 1/2red onion, sliced
- 1/4cupitalian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4teaspoonliquid smoke, hickory flavor
- 1/2cupred wine
- 1/2teaspoonitalian seasoning

Place all other ingredients in bowl and mix well
