Pour equal amounts of the mixture into three glasses

Add red Curacao to one glass and blue Curacao to another

Pour the red mixture into a 15-ounce tulip glass

Carefully layer the white mix, then blue, on top of the red by pouring it over the back of a spoon

Garnish with whipped cream, pineapple and a cherry
