6 eggs 6 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 6 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 6 ounces sliced jalapenos Pepperoni, sliced Mix eggs, cheese and jal

Pour into rectangular casserole

Lay slices of pepperoni on top and place into 350 degree F oven

Cook until cheese is golden (about 10-15 minutes)
