Follow package directions for preparing gelatin

Just before gelatin sets, add jelly beans so that they are visible throughout

Dye enough coconut green to cover top of gelatin

When firmly set, cover top of gelatin with coconut, creating a grass effect

Place remaining jelly beans in grass.
