- 1package(4 servings) jell-o instant pudding
- 1/3cupboiling water 75ml
- 1/3cupmargarine 75ml
- 3cupsifted icing sugar 750ml
- 6squares each baker's white and semi-sweet chocolate

1 package (4 servings) Jell-O Instant Pudding 1/3 cups boiling water 75mL 1/3 cup margarine 75mL 3 cups sifted icing sugar 750mL 6 squares E

Mix in sugar by cupfuls, stirring until mixture forms a ball

Form into 1 1/2 inch (3cm) egg shapes

Refrigerate until firm

Partially melt chocolate in separate bowls over hot water until 2/3 melted

Remove from heat and continue stirring until all chocolate is melted and smooth
