1 cup granulated sugar 6 tablespoons light stick margarine 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup light corn syrup 1/4 cup white or dark r

cook over medium heat until sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
