- 1(18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 3small boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
- 11/2 teaspoons coconut extract
- 8ouncesoftened cream cheese
- 1(20 ounce) can crushed pineapples well drained
- 2cupwhipping cream, whipped
- 2cupflaked coconut, toasted
- 4cupcold milk

1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix 3 small boxes instant vanilla pudding mix 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut extract 8 ounce softened cream cheese

Grease two 13 x 9-inch baking pans and set aside

Mix cake mix according to directions on package

Pour the batter equally into the prepared baking pans

Bake for 15 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean
