- 1tablespooncornstarch
- 2cupwarm water
- 2tablespoonbutter
- 1cupflour
- 1/2cupgranulated sugar
- 2teaspoonbaking powder

Heat until the sauce comes to a boil being sure to stir constantly

Remove from heat and set aside momentarily

In a large bowl, stir dumpling ingredients together to blend

Beat for 1 minute

Return the skillet to the stove top and cover

Heat over low heat until sauce gently boils

Then drop the dumplings by tablespoonfuls over sauce
