Place ladyfingers on bottom and sides of foil-lined pan, cutting to fit where necessary

In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over milk

Let stand 2 minutes to softer

Over low heat, cook, stirring constantly, until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes
