- 1/4cuppacked light brown sugar
- 1/4cupcorn syrup
- 1/2cupsalted cashews, chopped fine
- 1/3cupall-purpose flour
- 1teaspoonvanilla essence
- 11/2 cups white chocolate, coarsely chopped

4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) slightly salted butter, softened 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar 1/4 cup corn syrup 1/2 cup salted cashews, chopp

Grease two baking sheets

In a heavy saucepan, melt the butter

Add the brown sugar and corn syrup and bring to a boil, stirring continuously for 3 to 4 minutes until the sugar dissolves
