lemon snowballs

Ingredients
- 1/2cupsoftened sweet butter ( please do not substitute)
- 2/3cupgranulated sugar
- 1egg
- 1/4cupfreshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1tablespoonor more grated lemon peel ( the more you add.
- 13/4 cups flour
- 1/4teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/4teaspooncream of tartar
