Ingredients
- 11/2 cups flour
- 2eggs
- 1cupgranulated sugar
- 3tablespooncream or milk
- 3tablespoonwater
- 1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
- 3tablespooncocoa
- 3teaspoonbaking powder

1 1/2 cups flour 2 eggs 1 cup granulated sugar 3 tablespoons cream or milk 3 tablespoons water 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 tablespoons co

Add the sugar and beat until light and thick

Add vanilla extract, salt and water

Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder together and add it alternately with the cream or milk

Beat the egg whites stiff and fold into batter

Bake in oiled Ladyfinger tins at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes

If Lady Finger tins are not available, shape dough into lady finger shapes on an oiled cookie sheet and bake
