Ingredients
- 21/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1cup(2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3/4cupgranulated sugar
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1large egg, at room temperature
- 11/2 cups shredded coconut, fresh or packaged
- 1cupsemisweet chocolate chips
