Sometimes I toast the coconut

1/2 cup butter, softened 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup flour 3/4 cup flaked coconut Extra confection

Cream until lightly and fluffy

Add flour and blend

Add coconut, mixing well

Shape into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheet

Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for about 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned
