- 1cuppacked brown sugar
- 1cupgranulated sugar
- 2large eggs
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 11/2 cups flour
- 1teaspoonbaking soda

1 cup (2 sticks) Imperial spread, softened 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 cup

In a large bowl, beat imperial until light

Add both sugars beating until fluffy

Add eggs and vanilla extract, beating well

Add flour, baking soda and salt mixing well

Stir in oatmeal and chocolate chunks or chips until thoroughly combined

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet
